With three optical heartrate detectors that monitor specific pulse points, they have one of the most accurate heart rate monitors out there. With the additional application you have the ability to check your stats anytime, anywhere, viewing your heart rate, calories burnt, steps taken and sleep stats right on your wrist with a mild tapping the touchscreen. When connected to your smart phone, the Axis HR will provide you with notifications for texts, and phone calls as well as reminding you when it’s time to move.
The Axis HR knows when you have started a good work out so when you have fallen asleep determining the calories burnt during each so you get a complete rundown of your rest and your workout routines through the accompanying app. It has the ability to track every aspect of your day and you could even leave it on in the shower as it is water-resistant.
